ELDER BEINGS! RUN!!

It's been along time since I posted anything. Anyhoo, here are some guys I'm working on for a board game project that shall not be named. Octopussy guy needs a bit of extra lurve, though.

Last lesson of my Schoolism course.

Last fixes put in: The dragon has become blue, and lost a leg :) It now only has it's four arms. Other than that, just more polish and filters.

Second to Last lesson in my schoolism course: Finalization.

Uhm.. well actually it's the last TWO lessons I'm posting because I didn't upload my colored dragon. I actually re-drew it, because it strayed too far from my thumbnail, so the design, pose and composition is different from last time you saw this piece.

Color studies.

So, this assignment was to do 3 studies of animal patterns. Proportions were secondary for this assignment. Values and saturation were the most important things. Also, no colorpicking!! O_O

This time we were told to do two more elaborate drawings with a chosen dragon design in milieu.

The next assignment in my schoolism course was to do a drawing side, front and 3/4 view of any land mammal, add a skeleton to it and a muscle structure. I chose a deer. Long time since I've done anything as technical as this, but it was a good exercise to do.
